COMPANY OVERVIEW
ABOUT US
Coolgardie Minerals Limited (CM1) is a mining and exploration company. The primary focus of the company is the Bullabulling Gold Project (BGP) in Western Australia, in which it holds 100% interest. The BGP is located 60km west of Kalgoorlie, in the Eastern Goldfields region of WA.
The BGP landholding stands at over 475km2, with a further 106km2 under application. CM1 has identified over twelve high priority gold exploration targets and near term development opportunities including Geko, First Find, Endeavour, Bungarra and Shooters. The extensive landholdings are also highly prospective for Nickel and Lithium.
These advanced projects and high priority targets are currently the focus of CM1’s mine development and exploration efforts. The ground position is rich in gold hosting ultramafic greenstones, felsic and volcanoclastic sediments with extensive soil, colluvium and alluvial cover.
Identifying large targets under the shallow cover is the core focus of CM1’s growth strategy.
Coolgardie Minerals Limited (CM1) is a highly motivated mineral exploration and development company focused on generating quality gold assets within proven gold producing districts. CM1 has strategically expanded its highly prospective ground position, now totalling 62 prospecting, exploration licenses and mining tenements covering a staggering 460km2 within a 60km radius of Kalgoorlie, one of the world’s most prolific gold districts.
The exceptional location offers immediate access to state of the art infrastructure and expertise including Geological Services, Drilling Contractors, Assay Laboratories supported with key elements such as water, power and rail running directly through the substantial landholdings.
In addition to completely surrounding the 3.2 Million ounce Bullabulling deposit the compelling attraction to this unique area is that it holds significant high-grade potential, proven through recent exploration successes with additional outstanding targets ready to be tested.
The significant value proposition identified by CM1 lies beneath shallow surface cover that will continue to be systematically explored along strike and along the highly prospective “structural paradise” that has been identified by some the industries leading professionals.
An impressive inventory of intellectual property has been carefully compiled over a period of 5 years of extensive geological mapping, soil sampling and ground gravity surveys that provides CM1 with a unique opportunity and a strong foundation for growth.
As a result of the quality work completed to date CM1 is now extremely well positioned moving onward and upward with both drill-ready gold targets and a collection of enticing early stage prospects that will be the central driving force of the company post IPO.

PROJECTS OVERVIEW
PROJECTS
MAPS
The Bullabulling Gold Project (BGP) is comprised mostly of an alluvium covered Archaean aged greenstone belt. The Project lies within the easternmost portion of the Coolgardie domain. The main lithologies of the area are quartz amphibolites, mafic volcanics, felsic volcanics and sediments, and ultramafics. The stratigraphic succession has been intruded by several generations of granite. Late stage pegmatite dyke swarms and felsic porphyries cut across the stratigraphy.
Three styles of gold mineralisation have been identified within the project area. They are laterite hosted, supergene mineralisation, and primary mineralisation. There is evidence of at least one of these styles of mineralisation at each of the Company’s high priority targets.
Tenement holdings are systematically explored using modern exploration techniques such as; predictive modelling, 3D inversion modelling, modern geophysical and remote sensing techniques, and multielement geochemistry.
Several key high priority target areas have been identified, these are analysed against existing empirical datasets such as drilling, surface geochemistry, and aeromagnetics.
Near Term Gold Production Project.
The Geko Gold Open Pit Project (Geko) is a near term gold production project containing a JORC compliant resource of 130,000 oz of gold.
There is potential at Geko to develop a significant mine life based on the existing resource with possible extension along strike and adjacent exploration targets on the Geko mining lease.
CM1 is focused on bringing Geko into production to self-fund its exploration program over the other high priority targets.
Advanced Gold Prospects.
First Find and Endeavour are advanced exploration prospects. They have been systematically developed with numerous drilling campaigns, with maiden resources now expected on each project.
High Priority Gold Exploration Targets.
Other high priority exploration targets include Bungarra, Ubini, Chuckwalla, Komodo-Mallee Dragon Trend, Goanna, West Endeavour and Shooters.
Other Commodities
The BGP is also prospective for nickel and lithium.
The region is well served by sealed roads, high voltage power, telephone and water, rail to port and is close to major towns and mining processing facilities.
